Nursery & Kids Ministry
Because Jesus loves children and made sure they were not restricted from being with Him, Let the children come to me, and do not hinder them, and because we know your children are the most precious people in your life, we invite you to include your children with us during the first half of our worship service. During our service's 2nd half Teaching time we consider it a privilege to assist you by caring for and teaching your kids.
We offer:
A Nursery for 0-3-year-olds during the entire Worship service
Children's Classes for 4-year-olds to 5th graders during our service's message time.
A Family Room for parents (including nursing mothers) to be with their kids any time they get restless during the Worship service.
Small Groups
We believe God wants His people like us to meet together regularly in relational groups to encourage each other as we grow in our faith and walk with God. Small groups meet at various times and explore the Bible and our stories together and pray for what we sense God would have us pray for including family, friends community, sick or lost ones, and our governing officials.
Redeemed Children
Helping the children and families of St Michel, Haiti through the Redeemed Children ministry. Showing God's love by providing needed food, education, wells for clean drinking water, new classrooms and a new career center.
Hope House Detroit
Partnering in support of Hope House Detroit, a community center for kids in the eastside of Detroit. "A place where people, kids and adults alike, are known, respected and loved. Real. Crazy. Love. In the name of Jesus."
Operation Christmas Child
Part of Samaritan's Purse, who provides spiritual and physical aid to those in need around the world. We collect personal hygiene, school supplies, toys and clothing items to pack Christmas boxes for kids around the world. Our annual box packing party is in November, National Collection Day is the third week in November.
